Direct-to-Garment (DTG)

Direct-to-garment printing is a process of printing on textiles using specialized aqueous ink jet technology. DTG printers typically have a platen designed to hold the garment in a fixed position, and the printer inks are jetted or sprayed onto the textile by the print head. DTG printing is an effective way to combat 'print on demand' orders


Embroidery

Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn. We have a wide variety of thread colours available, no matter how vibrant or bright your logo displays the colour recreation process couldn't be easier. Embroidery is usually utilised for pocket print logo's on workwear to create a professional and clean look for your brand image


UV Printing (UVDTF)

While conventional printing allows ink to dry naturally on materials, UV printing – or ultraviolet printing – has its own unique process. Special UV inks are used, as opposed to traditional solvent-based inks, which are dried using ultraviolet lights. With solvent-based inks, the solvents evaporate into the air while the material absorbs the ink. UV printing is primarily used for hard substrates, plastics, glasses, metals and woods.


Dye Sublimation

Dye-sublimation printing is a computer printing technique which uses heat to transfer dye onto materials such as a plastic, card, paper, or fabric. The sublimation name was first applied because the dye was considered to make the transition between the solid and gas states without going through a liquid stage. Dye sublimation is used for a wide variety of printing however it's a brilliant printing method when it comes to printing mugs.
